Re: Santiago de Compestela
Thu, January 19, 2006 - 6:36 PMHi Eleanor - There's plenty that will open up for you as you walk the caminho - though one place in particular leapt to mind as I read your post ... don't stop in Pamplona - instead walk on to Cizur Menor and spend the night there. Ask there about an alternative route on the next days walk that goes via a most incredible templar shrine, geometrically constructed, and housing a black virgin. It is called Eunate, is octagonal and stands at a major vortex point.
To enter into the mystery there it is appropriate to walk barefoot around the building (but within the cobbled cloister) seven times - opening you bodies with humility - before entering within. Upon entering stand at the geometric centre of the building for as long as you feel is appropriate.
Bobs you uncle love,
Carl

Oh ... walk around seven times .... clockwise.

Thu, January 26, 2006 - 4:48 AMHi Elle - I tried to find the link again, but came up with this instead ...
www.atmedia.net/KlausRusch...in2003.html
In fact, just put "eunate" into google images and you'll get loads of responses. I don't mind looking again at all as just photos of the place remind me of the frisson .... oooohh ... with the current state (like the pun?) of the energy of this planet, (which to me seems to be vibing along nicely !) - I would love to visit that place again to seehow things are humming along. Maybe I will, as I'm based in the eastern end of the pyrennees till the end of the Springtime.
Thanks for inspiring that one!
Be well,
Carlove
