recently I found Richard Leviton revised his excellent site.
I urge you to read the archived newsletter, vol 1 #1 which
outlines a powerful practice of sounding the 72 holy names of God into the minor earth chakras.
the 5 day cycle of sounding starting Dec 21 is particularly significant as all the names are sounded in this particular cycle.
